Once a transaction has been initiated, cancellation or reversal may not always be possible.

Passwords, PINs & OTPs
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, passwords, PINs and OTPs.
- Never share your password, PIN or OTP with another person.
- Do not disclose OTPs received through SMS, email or other communication channels to callers or unknown persons.
- Use reasonable precautions to protect your account and registered devices.
- Report suspected unauthorized access or activity as soon as possible.
QwikPaisa will not be responsible for losses resulting from credentials or authentication information being voluntarily disclosed or inadequately protected by the user, subject to applicable law.
